Closed Rhinoplasty is a technique in which the operation is performed with incisions made through the nose without making an incision on the tip of the nose. The vessels, nerves and ligaments (ligaments) passing through the tip of the nose are not damaged. The advantages are that there are no traces on the nose from the outside and that the healing is a little faster.
